Graduate Faculty Membership
Recommendations forms with criteria for membership in Graduate Faculty can be found at on the GCAC-101 Graduate Faculty Membership page.
All completed recommendations for graduate faculty membership are to be forwarded to the Ph.D. Office who reviews and forwards to the Smeal College Dean for his signature and subsequent submission to the Graduate School.
Form A is used for tenure track faculty.
Form B and Form C (contact PhD Programs for the form) requires signatures of both Dept. Head, and the Ph.D. Program Director (Brent Ambrose) who signs as Chair, College Evaluation Committee.
Recommendations can be made at any time of the year, but don't submit the recommendation form until the start of the appointment for the faculty member or the recommendation form will be returned to you.
