Business Career Center

The Business Career Center at the Penn State Smeal College of Business provides student support and development services to help you discover potential career paths and increase your employability. Each year, 1300+ undergraduate internship and co-op opportunities are posted by top companies.

As a student, you have a number of resources available to you in terms of career planning both at the University and within Smeal.

Professional Skill Development

In addition to offering a Career Planning & Strategies course each fall and spring, our office will work with you to develop a professional skill set through career coaching, experiential learning opportunities, and through interactions with top companies who attend career fairs each year. Hundreds of employers come to Smeal each semester to recruit undergraduate students for internships, co-ops, and full-time positions. We cultivate relationships with some of the world’s top companies through initiatives such as our in order to connect them with Smeal talent.

Dozens of career fairs, information sessions, and conferences are held each year in the Business Building allowing students to engage with potential employers.
