Women in Supply Chain
The future of supply chain is being shaped by women, right now.
Women aren't just entering the supply chain profession anymore; they're redefining it. From boardrooms to distribution centers, female leaders are driving innovation, championing sustainability, and building the resilient networks that power our global economy.
The Penn State Smeal Center for Supply Chain Research (CSCR) celebrates these trailblazers through dynamic panel sessions and an evolving multimedia platform where women share real talk about their journeys, the wins, the challenges, and the strategies that got them there.
Whether you're a student mapping your career path, a faculty member shaping the next generation, or a professional ready to level up, this is your space to connect with the voices transforming supply chain. Because when women lead, entire industries move forward.
