Leadership Center
Center for Ethical Leadership
Every hire, deal, and product launch carries consequences beyond the balance sheet. We connect students, faculty, and business leaders to develop the judgment to lead with integrity in the moments that actually test it.
Where Better Business Decisions Begin
The most important business decisions rarely have perfect answers. They require leaders who can balance competing priorities and weigh long-term consequences.
The Center for Ethical Leadership at Penn State Smeal College of Business helps integrate ethical decision-making into classroom learning, student experiences, organizational culture, governance, and engagement.
Through case competitions, mentoring, faculty collaboration, and engagement with business leaders, you'll examine the opportunities and tradeoffs involved in real business decisions and strengthen your ability to lead with integrity.
