Short Course
Supply Chain Security and Risk Management
Learn to make better decisions using intelligence analysis and risk assessment. Evaluate supply chain security through data, geography, and operations
Current Offerings
Use Security Intelligence to Make Better Risk Decisions
Supply chain risk is difficult to manage when you can't see where threats and vulnerabilities exist. You'll build a structured approach to evaluating those risks using principles of security intelligence, geography, and supply chain management.
You'll improve your ability to:
Understand security intelligence and how it applies to the supply chain
Use new technologies to assess threats, vulnerabilities, and consequences
Identify and respond to emerging threats
Apply intelligence to mitigate supply chain risk and build resilience
Who Should Attend?
This supply chain risk management program is designed for mid- to senior-level managers, directors, and cross-functional professionals responsible for supply chain security and risk. It is especially relevant for those who assess threats, identify vulnerabilities, or protect supply chain operations.
Intelligence is about reducing uncertainty of competitive or opposing actions. Reducing uncertainty often requires information that our competitors prefer to keep concealed."
