The Real Estate Analysis & Development (READ) Certificate at Penn State Smeal College of Business gives you the foundation covering how real estate markets, investments, and development projects work and how to evaluate them.
Open to Penn State undergraduate students outside the Real Estate major, the READ certificate is taught by Smeal faculty with expertise in commercial real estate, finance, and development.
